THE RESULT
A fully branded GHL site built from zero — brand identity, copy, automations, and assessment all delivered as one cohesive project.
The problem
Candidate information lived in two systems — Salesforce and Workday — and the team was manually cross-referencing records between them. Every candidate meant switching tabs, checking fields, copying data, and hoping nothing got missed.
What I built
A macro that cross-references candidate information between Salesforce and Workday automatically, flags discrepancies, and eliminates the manual back-and-forth.
REDUCTION IN PROCESSING TIME
The hours that used to go to data matching went back to candidates.
The problem
Dispatchers had no visibility into interview scheduling workload. They couldn’t see how many interviews were assigned to each person, who was at capacity, and who could take on something urgent. Scheduling decisions were based on whoever answered first.
What I built
An automated interview scheduling tracker showing real-time assignment distribution across the team — who’s carrying what, who’s available, and where the bottlenecks are.
THE RESULT
Urgent tasks got routed to people who had capacity, not just people who picked up the phone.
The problem
Follow-up communication with hiring managers and candidates was inconsistent. Different people sent different messages at different times — or forgot entirely. No templates, no process.
What I built
A full set of follow-up email templates covering every stage of the hiring process — for both hiring managers and candidates. Standardized language, clear next steps, repeatable without training.
THE RESULT
Consistent, professional communication across the board. On GHL, this becomes a fully automated workflow with zero daily effort.
The problem
No single view of the interview pipeline. To-be-scheduled, pending, completed — scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets. “How many interviews are pending for Business Unit X?” required digging, not a glance.
What I built
An Excel dashboard showing interview status across every business unit at any point in time. Filterable by timeline, unit, and status.
THE RESULT
Replaced a dozen email threads. Leadership got answers without requesting a report. The team spotted backlogs before they became problems.
The problem
World Traveler Official Travel & Tours needed a complete brand and web presence built from the ground up — brand identity, website, funnels, content, and social media strategy — with no existing assets to start from.
What I built
